Stay tuned for my crazy/insane cooking experiment! It begins soon! My new year 's resolution is to learn to cook with my dutch oven. So, beginning on January 1, 2010, I will cook something in my dutch oven every day of the year. Come rain, shine, sleet or snow I will be out with my black pot and hot coals cooking up some grub! I hope you will join me for all the fun--and I'm sure there will be plenty of disasters too!

Dutch Oven Madness is Coming Soon!!
Stay tuned for my crazy/insane cooking experiment! It begins soon! My new year 's resolution is to learn to cook with my dutch oven. I just came across your blog the other day. I have added it to my blog list as I want to keep up with your adventure. I cook in dutch ovens also and I was just wondering if you are using a certain cookbook to learn from or if you are just winging it and doing it on your own. I haven't had time to go through the entire blog yet but I will just give me time. I do blog about my dutch oven cooking but I also blog about life in general.
